VAMOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally!!!

I'm so happy!!

After months for searching for the perfect racquet (Yonex RDX 500 / RDS 001, Babolat PDR, Wilson n6.1 90, Head Prestiges), I finally found a racquet that suits me!!!

I was hitting today, and getting frustrated as usual from the racquet (this time the Liquidmetal Prestige mid) when I decided to pull my old POG OS out of the the bag.

I had given up on this racquet before because of its lack of maneuverability (sp?) and its heavy swing weight. But since my last go with this racquet, my game (and my fitness/strength) has improved by leaps and bounds. [I'm now a strong 4.5 player (I would give my self a 4.85 if there was such a thing  ) with very solid baseline stroks, decent volly capabilities, and a big serve].

Now, I pulled my old POG out of the bag, and to my suprise, I found it much easier to swing. IT FELT SO GOOD. I love the POG feel!!

Anyways, I was ripping groundstrokes and smashing serves with this racquet!!

It feels so much better than any other racquet I have tried!!!!

I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY RACQUET AGAIN!!!!

I can finally go back to enjoying the game of tennis instead of being worried about my racquet!!

THANK YOU POG OS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:-D :-D :-D

I know how the racquet feels like. I've had it for a long time (I guess I just wasn't good enough to use it before).

Oh, and POG = Prince Original Graphite

I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

What's a POG? Maybe instead of posting 47,000 times a day you should read some...

It's good you like the POG. I like mine too, but I find it to cumbersome being an OS.

Yeah, it's an OS, but it really doesn't bother me all that much, I mean if they released a 98 sq inch POG w/ the same specs [LB specs aren't as solid], I would probably get it, but for now, it doesn't make that big of a difference to me :-D .

its a older prince racquet, that for some reason everybody loves on here. I dunno why, but to each his own. Theres about 2 million posts on here about how amazing it is lol.

Tennisguy^ definitely hasn't tried one. It is just an amazing racquet. Should be on the demo list of any baseliner that can handle that heavy a frame.

Yeah I wanted one too. I found the 107 head to be too big, 93 too small, so I had to give up on the POG.

But if they released it, it wouldn't be original, would it?

WOW, i am happy for you, That is the racket that Vince Spadea uses, and he has a great website too. Funny vince, Spadea aint afraid of ya. It is a very good racket but i like that Chang version little better, which is a discontinued model...

i have tried some racquets very similar to that, working at a tennis shop for about two years, I have had the chance to hit with quite a few racquets, perhaps one of these days ill hit with a POG, but seems pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Anybody every play with a Wimbledon Pro(maybe All Pro)? I can appretiate older racquets, as that is what i started with, but I do not think it compares with some of the new technology available in racquets. But again, to each his own.
Also, alot of the people on here are obsessed with mids, and all gut jobs. Just kinda curious as to how these two things got SOOO popular on here. Mids are great and all, but they make it alot harder on you if you cant handle it. And gut? i get it at a big discount but it is still wayyy to pricey for me.

good for you mate...RBF though....he's dominating talk tennis like no one ever imagined....posting so much, i think he could go down as the greatest poster of all time....NOT!! lol...just kidding RBF, i actually find some humor in your posts these days...

the "he's dominating tennis..." part i said is like how moya was speaking after he lost to federer in 3 sets in the final RR match at the 2004 TMC houston....i remember that from facing federer...
