It's been a while since I open instagram and following tennis news and just now I check Wim is in Vicka's instagram stories.
So exciting! During the double sunshine, Vika looked unbeatable! If only she didn't lost to Kerber on AO that year, I'm pretty sure she will beat Serena as well.
Fissette also proven to bring out the best of the player that he coached. At least reach GS final with the exception Konta (She did win Miami).

Rumor said, Fissette already approach by Vicka's team before his contract end with Kerber, hence he asked for a better deal from Kerber which unfortunately she refused.
Kerber is now working with AO runner up Rainer Schüttler.
Simona Halep will be without a coach for early 2019.
Madison Keys will work with Jim Madrigal (Ex Sandgreen coach)
Svitolina finally promoted Andrew Bettles to be her main coach. Always love when hitting partner can step up to become a coach.
Sakkari has hired Mark Petchey (Ex Andy Murray)
Konta has locked up Dimitri Zavialoff (Bacsinzky and Wawrinka's ex)
Pliskova keep working with Rene and add Conchita Martinez
Bouchard is with Joyce

That hair-don't is scarier than her 2018 play. And, why does she bother wearing a shirt...? When they pull-off those extensions she should stick them into her training bra. And... is that a moose knuc... never-mind. I don't even want to know.

Thanks for the thread info. I liked Muguruza (despite all her screaming) but her behavior at the last matches at the Elite Tropy series really turned me off and showed an ugly side to the beautiful Spaniard

Yeah she really is ugly during matches. Her relationship with Sam must be really wild. Countless cringe worthy exchange since 2017, couple walk out from Sam and yet they are still together.

Vika has much work to do, but I don't doubt her work ethic. In the long run, which comeback will be greater, Azarenka or Sharapova? I feel like this is a make or break year for Sharapova.

This is quite sad! Venus part ways with Witt

After 11 years, Venus decided to end her fruitful partnership with David Witt. Speaking to the New York Times, Witt admitted Williams’ decision came as a surprise. “When it happened, both of us were emotional about it,” he revealed. “After, you sit there and go: ‘Man, after 11 years, it’s over after a two-minute phone call. Wow. After 11 years.’ Part of you sits there and says that, and the other part says that it was a business decision, which I totally understand, and I respect her decision. I don’t even need to know why; it’s just her decision. It is what it is, and we had a great run, and nothing lasts forever.” After a resurgent season in 2017 when she reached the Australian Open and Wimbledon finals and returned to the top five, Williams fell sharply in 2018. She failed to clear the third round at any major tournament or reach a final of any kind, dipped outside the top 30 and did not play after the US Open. According to the same NYT article, Williams is also no longer working with hitting partner Jermaine Jenkins.

I wonder how long into her workout was this clip filmed, but it doesn't foster confidence. Azarenka looks slow, he shots lack sting, and she's huffing and puffing a lot.

Good luck to her though!

Yeahh does look kinda low intensity in some moments. Also not sure if the weather is helping her to prepare for Australia. Maybe experience is enough though, she has tons of that can't underestimate experience.
