Head Microgel prestige weight difference

I have three microgel prestige MP and one of them is way heavier than the other two and the difference is very moticeble when you switch to the light ones.

Here are the weights:

the heavy one is 12.38 oz ( ~351g)

and the other two are ~12.15( 344g)

How can it be possible? How can I fix it?

Thanks

You can lead up the other 2 sticks to match the heavier one. Then they will all be the same.

But if you don't like the heavier one, just sell it. It's just normal these days to have different specs

I don't mind the heavy one and I would match the weight of other two to the heavy one but how can I do a good job in matching them? Lead tape but where exactly?

Thanks Xonemains

Hi Tmano, it will take too long to explain it here, check out the learning centre in the tenniswarehouse website. I don't have the link, I'm using my mobile phone to type this, good luck.

Well I finally found out why my racquet had that much difference of weight.
there was about 4 g (0.141oz)of foam in to the handle:shock:
I only buy used racquet and I guess the previous owner forgot to tell me about it.
Now the racquets weights 11.3 oz as the spec says.

However, this could be a god idea for all the people who would like to ad some weight in to the handle without applying silicone which is much harder to remove.
It was that kind of yellow foam that you would find in chairs or sofa.

All right, thought the issue was the foam but it was not.
Bought two more microgel prestige (now total of 5 racquets) thinking to be able to get out them at least 3 with the same weight or very close.
So far I found two racquets that have the weight pretty close to each other, the remaining three...well they are all over.

How is this possible?

At this point should I think to find a different racquet?

Any of you guys had the same issue?

7grs ins't a big deal, is between the manufacturers tolerance index. I've experienced diffrences over 15grs (lighter) with head racquets. But the weight and balance is something you can fix. In my case, the main difference was the stiffness, bought 3 fxp prestiges mp's, one was perfect, the other 2 were unplayable: balance, weight and stiffness were totally off. I ended selling them all...

Most of mine are about from 3 to 5 grams difference, but the problem is the balance. one of them got all the weight on the head.
I tried to fix them using the learning center from TW but when it comes to calculate the Swing Weight is really hard and definitely not reliable.
Does Wilson have the same issue about the weight too?

Wilson? I'm not a wilson dude, but from what i've read here, they have the worst QC.
I've good experiences with prince and volkl mostly.
With head frames my experience is regular, some were almost perfect (as the yt prestiges i've now) and some others terrible (fxp's and some yt extremes pro)

I guess I should not have never found out about he weight issue.....now it's bothering me too much. Unfortuunately I'm not a volk or prince guy so i will see how it goes.
maybe I buy two more to try to at least match 3 good ones:)
