Totally agree. The last time Yonex did this was wih the RDX500 series of rackets. The mid and MP were both excellent, but available for far too short a period of time.
I just cannot understand how anybody can be geeky enough about tennis to post on a forum, yet still know so little about the professional game, as to assume that Murray will be playing defensively and pushing balls back in tomorrows final.
Makes me laugh. :D
Wouldn't know about the effectiveness of thermaguard to be honest. Never had a bag equipped with it and more to the point, never felt like I've needed it.
Unfortunately not. Not too much of a problem for me as I never leave my bag in the car and it's not exactly baking hot in the North East.
I really do like the bag though. Made of quality materials and has some nice details up close. Keeping it nice and white might be a struggle though. I...
The obvious choice would be the Yonex VC95D. Similar to the RDS001 MP, but with slightly more power, a less harsh feel and better manouverability. IMO, the 95D has all of the plus points of the RDS and addresses it's weaknesses.
Had one ages ago. I found topspin very easy to generate with it. Its biggest downside was that it lacked stability, with the top of the hoop feeling insubstantial. Lead at 10 and 2 o'clock helped, but only went so far. It was a nice looking racket though.
Murray's inability to hit a fhdtl is really hurting him. Whenever he goes out wide on the fh side, he's ALWAYS going cross court. Djoker just waits for it and hits it to the open court, putting Murrau on the defensive from there on.
Its happening time and time again. You'd have to think that...
last point for Murray to hold serve a perfect case in point. Djoker hits a great return, Murray slices it back to give him time and neutralise the rally. Djoker has to start again and makes the error.
If Murray had tried to drive it back, Djoker would have just used the pace and taken even...
