Is that even when you put an overgrip over the leather grip?

I'm thinking about getting leather grips for my NSix-One 95s and I don't want to spend money if it's not going to improve my racket. I would get the tenniswarehouse grip since it's the cheapest. I would probably put an overgrip over the leather grip as well. So, should I buy it or not?
