Are you sure you have the men's version of the LB? The men's version is laser red (not crimson btw). You might have the women's version of the LB, which is pink.

I don't know why people are still discussing the difference between the _custom_ build shoes for Nadal with the shoes that are available for public. Nadal has always used custom build shoes and the Lunar Ballistec obviously wasn't build for Nadal. If you factor Nadal out of the Lunar Ballistec...

They still are, but now the Ballistec also is a speed oriented shoe, but with a bit better durability (hence the higher price (with all those "tech")). The only shoe with "best" durability Nike has, are the Air Max Cage now.

I guess you could try the Adidas Barricades? Those comes close to the Courtballistec, next to the Air Max Cages. The new Lunar Ballistec is nothing like the old Courtballistec.

It seems like the white/crimson Lunar Ballistecs are delayed. No idea when they will become available. They have also been removed on the NikeStore website.

I'm guessing it's between Zoom Air and Max Air.

My question seems to be answered: After this playtest, Chris is ready to say that this is favorite shoe he's tested (even better than the Vapor 9). They do sit lower to the ground than the past Ballistecs, but not quite as low as the Vapor. Andy, TW

I couldn't help myself, the white version of the Lunar Ballistec looks so sick. I ordered it. I know it's expensive, but I saved for new tennis shoes, since I don't buy them every year. Although I don't see the perforations in the upper in the picture, I hope they do exist, else my feet will...
