Feedback on tourna 300 cs?

Has anyone ever used/own this machine and have any feedback on it? I've used a revo 4000 and a neos in the past but this would be my own machine and not a shop's. Don't want to dish out 1400 bones for a neos and i want a machine with a stand so i can leave it standing in the garage

I've thought so too, and to be fair most machines seem to be made by a limited number of factories, then labeled. Maybe the Tourna has better finish/QC, but who knows. The base clamps on the Tourna look like they are short-turn (quick action-like), whereas I know first-hand that the Eagnas base clamp levers on the machine above rotate 360 degrees, and the parts eventually strip and need to be replaced. There are a couple of threads in this forum about parts available from McMaster to rebuild those Eagnas clamps. Eagnas does offer machines with better base clamps.

same for grips, strings, rackets, etc. The specs and molds may be supplied by the 'manufacturer' but the actual work isn't

EDIT: The important thing is the support after the purchase

The current Tourna machines are made by X-Spider in Taiwan, the same OEM Silent Partner used for their later machines -- the same models were branded as Top Serve in Australia, when that company had an extensive line of machine. Quality from this manufacturer has historically been quite good. Visually similar, but substantially different than Eagnas. That said, Tourna is charging a pretty penny, especially for their electronic machine.

Yeah, the Alpha Axis Pro is a fair amount less, looks to have a better brake, and lots of posters here say good things about their customer service.
