Khachanov knocks out a number of people.

Not gonna lie, was interesting to see quite a few people go against Berrettini who's on a 7 match winning streak who actually beat Khachanov last week in Stuttgart en route to the title.

Having a lot of doubts about picking that guy because yesterday according to the commentators of his match, he got injured (shoulder I think) in the third set, received medical treatment and everything. And then it showed on the screen how his first serve speed decreased a lot after the medical treatment. So no idea how he'll be tomorrow.

"The 22-year-old underwent a medical timeout for a rib injury after the third game in the deciding set, but he recovered from that as well and pulled away in the tie-break"

Shoulder? I meant rib lol.

Well, I did warn everyone here about what was going on with this guy. Too bad I didn't listen as well :-D

Dang, I missed your post.

Now I’m knocked out of both ATP events on the same day. Just need the WTA match to complete the trifecta of losses.

Even though I knew about this, I saw the third set of his match against Sousa, and he didn't look bad at all. His first serve speed did decrease a little but it wasn't a big deal. And after the match I didn't find any interview or something of him speaking about the injury, so for a moment I thought that with a day to recover, he was gonna be fine for the quarterfinals.

Anyway, I wasn't sure at all about who was going to win in Zverev - Goffin and Berrettini - Khachanov, so for me, the other option was Federer, and by doing that, I wasn't gonna have a chance to win the title.

I forgot to pick so I missed the Berrettini/Khachanov match. I would’ve picked Khachanov so I thought I got lucky, haha. Zverev/Goffin was a toss up. I already picked Goffin, so only Zverev left.

I was meant to lose today. :(
