Hey, I'm from Western Australia, Perth. Anyone else?

Hey just got informed that I'm playing Pennants (in Perth its winter Pennants) I'm in division 2 14's which is pretty good I'd rather play 16's though oh well that's life :).

I'm with Tennis_hand on this one. I'm not sure if they are the same though but very similar.

I have both my 2 Pure Controls at 56LBS :) I just qualify YAY.

I just start of slow keeping my technique and slowly build up( on my first serve anyway). Changing from 1st serve to second serves every ball. With this method I'm serving like a charm.

Lol Baseliner87 my friend got in trouble for doing that (hes part Italian) everybody thought he was swearing....

I play for Applecross at the moment but I might be changing. Oh only one season I thought especially In the eastern states that they would have 2. I guess there 1 season must go for much longer.

Strange..... I'm not to sure mabye the wo is walkover as that what it normally says but..i don't know what the admin means sorry:(.

Um just a small one unless you've been to Perth you probably wouldn't know. Anyway it's the Hensman Park Junior Tournament.

Got a tournament on the 14th:). Hopefully I'll get a good draw so my ranking will jump instead of the pitiful one I have at the moment -_-. When you guys are talking about Pennants this is the winter Pennant that your talking about right?:confused:

I still think the amount of tournaments in Australia has much to be desired. the lack of tournaments really affects how far you can get and therefore your ranking. Apparently in France there is 5000 tournaments a year so you could be playing what like 4 tournys a month?! Anyway for pennants I...

Hmmmm Eastern States Tournaments are quite difficult especially the Melbourne ones..well the one our school takes us to anyway. -_-

Screams casual.... wasn't really that impressed either, definatley room for improvment. Ummm mabye 4.0-4.5? Correct me If I am wrong.

Yeah, It took me forever, I had to squint and count the names 1 by 1:mad:. Good point the Ozzy rankings system doesn't always reflect on how good I know a lot of overated players(travel real far out to AR tournaments) and underated but that's how all ranking systems are gonna be I guess....

Just worked out my ranking for my state and age In Western Australia- 35th

I had a similar problem last week but mine was a deep flat moonball thing that he just constantly go back. I won in 3 hrs 6-3 6-2 but it was the single worst match i had ever played, every time I came to the net i was lobbed (only 5.0ft). I found hitting side to side eventually pops a short ball...

I don't think it does I normally will just have good tennis days and real dodgy tennis days my day is not related to it in anyway but that might just be me =D

You 're not the only one on my part I feel like I've just started tennis - my timings all out, my footwork is just sad and I can barely hit my serve and or with any co-ordination (You should see when I have a holiday and come back =S)

On grass i like a heavy kicker/twist out wide on the ad court S&V with this mmmmm like my user name suggests magic

Lol i've only got .25 points from runner up in conso (got knocked out 1st round in main by the guy who won the tournament -_-) - Ronny Perth is pretty sad for tournaments well AR ones anyway and any ones we do have are pretty low level AR value :S Oh well just have to get by

Not that good i think 2400 in the whole of Mens Australia but i think im about 200 in my age group BTW i'm 13

I agree with loco4tennis a decent Allcourt court player would probably lead me to my demize(think thats how you spell it?) as they're all rounded and unless they had a big hole in there game would sorta hammer anything back at you(again if hes decent),though majority are saying pushers mabye...

I started social tennis when i was 6 and didn't start playing matches till 11-12 now i just turned 13 and I'm starting to get really competitive now

I believe the ITN like most tennis numbers aren't very accurate and to some can be totally out but i guess thats tennis numbers for ya =/

started at tennis at 11 won 2 when i was 12 and runner up in state open in aussie now 13 andwaiting for tournament to come up(like hardly any tournaments in aussie:( )

okdude1992-to the metal fans: ever listened to FFDP? I also like Atreyu, and Three Days Grace among others. At this point I have Citizen Soldier by 3 doors down stuck in my head lol.- Atreyu's good, no i haven't heard FFDP what are they like? Also Babb good song left behind you heard Wait...

Personal Opinion- Pure Control:grin:! though i did like my Pure Drive Team.....
