Well, I find the big ace micro to be a much softer string than luxilon, and I'm only 15 and jobless, so I won't be able to afford gut strings :(

Redondo mid with 2 layers of gamma headguard strung with Wilson stamina 17 with yonex supergrap, didn't get to check the weight, but it feels like 12.6 only 4 points headlight, i might take off a layer and see how it plays.

And what would be a "modern" 2hbh, the classic and modern both seem similar to me, but the modern has more of a upward brush and plow through.

Looks like this rackets going to take some adjusting and getting used to.

Oh and adding two layers of gamma guard ended up making my racket into about 6-7pts hl. I think the final weight with overgrip and dampener is about 12.4oz strung.

Another question, would you say instead of adding lead, running Gamma Heard Guard over the bumper twice would increase the swingweight and stability of the racket?

Dead thread, I know, but last season Jamestowns number 1 lost to my local schools number 1. But they still won overall and made it to states.

I just ordered this racket without a demo. Hopefully I'm not dissapointed. But all in all, from the reviews it sounds inviting, which is the main reason I bought it on an impulse. Curious how it plays with a moderately flat 2hbh? Anyone care to reply?

I voted toss high, but I wouldn't say mines as high as grafs. It seems like they wait a whole second to serve. I usually make contact with the ball about a quarter of a second after the ball starts dropping.

My coach usually tells me I'm slapping at the ball when I'm not prepared or just being lazy and just swinging without rotating my body. So basically arming the ball, imo.

Looping helps me "brush" up on the ball more for more topspin, since I'm going from a low to high to hit the ball.

Those look pretty sick, but is it just a pj, or is he using the real thing.

So I won't have to buy a half size bigger?
