The best ones I've tried are Sorbothane. They're orange in color and seem to form fit after a few uses. They wrap around your heel. The full product name is Sorbothane Ultra Heel Cup.

Before tearing my hamstring a few months back I also had Achilles tendonitis. I went to an orthopedic and was told to use gel heel inserts. My tendonitis went away and now I wear them in all my shoes.

I agree with Mr. Seinfield about the Ti-80. I have found no weaknesses in this racquet. I switched from the Wilson HPS 6.1 and have never thought twice about it. My returns are more solid, groundstrokes more accurate and my serve speed is up. For me it's the total package.
