grip size... the truth smaller grip sizes do nothing but allow for the raquet to torque in your hand. too small a grip also poses the threat of causing arm problems, even if you don't know it. too small a grip overworks your forearm muscles

racquet selection alot depends on what YOU want. there is no "best" beginner racquet. if you want something inexpensive prince makes the best stuff. if money is no object, then reply to this and i'll help you find something that works.
