What's with all the hate for the ET guys? All they claimed was that they were 5.0s (IMO true) and that they think they'd give Simon from TTT a run for his money if it were 2v1. To me they seem pretty down to earth and teach solid tactics.

I play out of SoCal and I've played with people from different sections, but since skill levels vary so much even within one level in one section (SoCal 4.5 for example), it's hard to draw any conclusions.

I played recently on the grass courts at the JW Marriott. Great courts, just call 2 days in advance to reserve - no need to be a hotel guest.

I use Cyclone (not Tour) in a hybrid with synthetic gut crosses. I love the bite I get during the first hour or two and usually cut it out after about 10 hours of play. The frame really works well with crisper polys like Cyclone, softer strings end up feeling too mushy for me.
