Hawkeye is literally used to track the bounce of the ball. Why can't they use/refer to Hawkeye to check whether the ball has bounced twice?

I would say no, Djokovic has not started slowing down with his speed around the court/explosiveness/footwork. We've been talking about how Federer and Nadal are slowing down since they were about 30 but Djokovic is older than that.
