2019 calendar?

Does anyone know when/where/how I can find the league calendar for 2019? I was able to find the calendar for Southern Sectionals in 2019 but the Arkansas State Championships and Nationals don't seem to be posted anywhere. When and where does that usually happen? I struggle mightily with the USTA website.

The Nationals schedule usually shows up early in the year on TennisLink.

Someone posted a 2019 schedule for a facility in Arizona and they had dates blocked off for Nationals it would seem. So at least some appear headed back there.

Why is Nationals never held in Hawaii ?? I want all the nationals to be held there, very beautiful site and USTA can afford this.
