Are you a none Qualifiers and need to go to junior college in the fall?

I am the Men's and Women's Tennis coach at Rockland Community College. We are a 2 year Junior College in Suffern NY. We do not have any Tennis or Academic Scholarship money. Are you a none Qualifiers and need to go to junior college in the fall? Our tuition is around $8,000 plus off campus housing is about $600 -$800 a month.
