Although Felix lost, I expected him to. Milos is just too experienced for him. Felix is just a kid. But, I like what I see, and I see great potential in him. Would really like to see him and Shapovalov re-connect as a doubles team.

I bet they will once they're playing at the same level. Last half year Shapo's been playing ATP and FAA's been on challengers, so they haven't been intersecting so much.

They've played together in 7 tournaments so far in the atp database (over all levels). That's more doubles tournaments than either of them have played with anyone else.

Milos is reasserting himself as the top dog in Canadian tennis for now. The youngsters will have to fight if they want to take over. Hoping for a Milos - Shapo match soon, maybe in Miami?
