Best tip about moving racket up to trophy pose

I honestly think this is the most important tip I have ever tried to figure out how best to move the racket arm up to the trophy pose for a great throwing motion. I first noticed this when I was studying Kyrgios serve, then came across this video explaining what is happening there. Just wanted to share my biggest 'aha' moment in developing my serve.

It's a good drill because it can help with rotation - (something alot of guys really don't use) and elbow position on serve. That being said I think Jeff's focus on the trophy position can lead to a lack of fluidity and a stop and go kinda serve - when he isn't actually there to fix that..

Of course, I overlooked that benefit. Something else I noticed though is that I feel a good amount of stretching across my chest/pec muscles when I do that.
