Graduated Glasses for Tennis

BretH

Semi-Pro
I usually use a cheap pair if single-vision glasses for tennis. However I have forgotten to switch and used my normal graduated near-to-reading lens glasses and I can't say I noticed a difference in how I saw things. I just figured for everyday play the cheap Zenni optical glasses are fine and almost disposable.

hi

you can buy all online ! this is new to me.

you just need to know parameters of lens...

Oakley are quite expensive, yes.

Not sure if it works for europe

I use prescription glasses with ultralight lenses and reactions to dim for sunlight.

Depending on the optician, you may find Nike (with flexon to make them bendy without breaking), Adidas or my current Puma glasses. They tend to be fairly similar: slightly oversized lenses to improve range of vision, mainly lightweight metal construction, very articulated hinges (I have pairs that bend though close to 180 degrees of motion vertically and horizontally) and rubberised arms/ nose bridges. Sweat resistant, don't move and adapt to any light conditions.

Mine also go pretty damn dark: play cricket, tennis and basketball in them with no issues.
