Groundstrokes video

Hey guys. This is a video of me hitting with my practice partner. I've been playing for 3 years now about 2-3 times a week. Any tips on what I need to do to improve my groundstrokes are greatly appreciated. Thanks~

Very nice hitting overall!
I'll let more knowledgeable people give you more detail advice but here are a couple of minor observations from me:

1. You could do more weight transfer on some of the FHs- I never once saw you step into the ball, although you seem to push on the back foot.
   • I'm referring to this last point: 8. Right foot comes forward due to the full body rotation creating balance. here http://lockandrolltennis.com/forehand/
2. More adjustment steps before some shots
3. Keeping head still/eyes at contact point through the contact.

Overall it looks great man, imho, for amount of tennis you've been playing! Keep up the good work!
