How can I switch back to semi western

Heres the thing. I hit with a semi western forehand and recently i went on a vacation to Europe for a month. I dont know what i did but now when i picked up my tennis racket, i cannot hold it semi western anymore. A full western feels normal and I am having a realllllly hard time switching back. Any ideas on how to switch back? also how can i prevent this from happening again

thanks you guys rock

Adjust to the sw grip, make sure your face is not open due to the western grip's influence, and hit some balls. It's gonna take some practice, but never allow yourself to fall into such a bad habit again.

I wouldn't exactly call the Western grip a bad habit, just a little more physically demanding than the semi-western. The OP probably should have asked this on our semi western group thread.

Why hate something that you're comfortable with?

When I switched to the semi-western last summer I kept having it move to the eastern when I switched grips in a rally. I still do it often though it is almost there. These things can take a long time.
