Info on new Dunlop racquets

Hi guys!

I just came back from the French Open where I bought one of the new Dunlop racquets. It's their French Open model. Very nifty looking! There were three other models there too which were all lighter or more head-heavy or both. Their was also a juniors range.

I haven't played with the stick yet but can't wait to get home today to try it out! What I have noticed is that it says "HM technology" on it so this may answer my prayers that it be a successor model to the 300G I love. I will post pictures and some more info tonight when I get to it. Just wanted to give you a heads-up. (or a teaser...).

Interestingly, the address given on the racquet is Dunlop Slazenger in the UK. Yet, their website (dunlopsports.com) is down...

Oh yeah, and the final was great too...

No, haven't seen that one. What's it supposed to be?

The ones I have seen were:

- French Open: For advanced players seeking exceptional touch and control for the ultimate in precision shot making

- Racing: For advanced players seeking exceptional touchfrom a lighter weight, control-oriented racquet

- Club Lite: For good clubplayers seeking a fine balance of power and control from a ligtweight racquet

- Slam: For club players seeking a comfortable racquet with exceptional touh and feel , coupled with extra power.

Here are the specs of the French Open I bought:

- Headsize 98"
- Weight 290 g (unstrung)
- Balance 330 mm (unstrung)
- Felx 67
- String 16x19
- Tension 52-62 lbs

Hope this helps!
