Itunes frustration help - update now won't open

Hey Itunes and computer gurus,
I couldn't update my billing on itunes so i downloaded the newest 64 bit version and now I get this error when trying to open it:

RED X: The procedure entry point CMBlockBufferCopyDataBytes could not be
located in the dynamic link library CoreMedia.dll.

iTunes was not correctly installed . please reinstall Itunes.
Error 7 (Windows error 127)

I have since repaired/uninstalled and reinstalled this version, and older version as well, but NOTHING works!
I did sometimes get an Error 2, but now it's error 7, anyway if anyone knows any secrets I will forever be in your debt and can paypal you some Christmas $$$

Did you uninstall quick time, apple update, bonjour and everything else or just iTunes? You have to uninstall everything not just iTunes.

Or it could be a problem with Microsoft net
