Let me start by saying it definitely wasn't my fault. I never look to pick fights with anybody especially on the tennis court when Im trying my best to focus on the point at hand, and nothing else. But this ******* was asking for it.
I was playing doubles with this older guy, in his late 60's, early 70's Id say, whom Ive played with on numerous occasions before, a 4.5 level player. On one point our doubles opponent threw up a lob that cleared my head, so I decided to let my partner take care of it, he hit the ball back on our side of the court and then started getting on to me about getting in his way, to which I simply replied, I couldnt see you. So we moved on, or at least I thought we did...The next game he started whining cause I looked back at him right before he served and he claimed that caused him to miss his serve. At that point Id had it. I told him that Ive been playing 15 years and I can handle myself. To which he replied that he had been playing 20 years, the funny part to me is Im clearly better than he is, yet he wont admit it, of course! Yet he thinks he can boss me around and be ****ing rude just because. I just wanted to share my frustration with you guys I guess, Im sure many of you have been through similar things.
Sorry for rambling just had to get that off my chest. Feel free to share any similar experiences.
