Late Delivery by UPS - Not TWs fault

I was supposed to get a delivery today, but just saw this notice on UPS, "A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Your delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day."

Not TWs fault at all, but I wanted to report it because you should hold UPS accountable and giving you the 2-day service you're paying for. UPS should be staffed sufficiently during the holiday rush and holding them accountable will hopefully keep them from trying to cut corners with staff.

UPS is horrible in this holiday season. Probably they did not expect high volume of packages in this year.
My TW 2day air package was delayed for three days which is very unusual but my three packages (from different companies) were delayed last week.
 
Same here. Two day shipping from TW, received it three days late (so five day shipping). At one point in tracking the package, they had no clue where it was and the day it will be delivered.

You should ALWAYS expect deliveries to be late, no matter which carrier.
If you truly NEED an item at a particular soon-ish time, buy local.
