I'll get the ball rolling

Wilson BLX Pro Staff 2 95 - 16 x 19 (4 1/2)

- Silicone added to handle
- 12.1oz strung weight - 320 SW
- 10 pts Headlight

Comments: Before the silicone was added, the racquet felt like it needed some lead but I didn't want to disrupt the balance. I have always played with Wilsons and preferred their headlight balance and weight.
The silicone gives a dampened, softer feel which also helps with the stiffness and plasticity of the original set up while giving enough weight to the shot without affecting the spin.

The process of adding silicone was very easy.

1) Remove butt cap, use a very long screwdriver to scrape out foam
2) I wasn't sure whether there was a channel through the entire racquet, but for good measure I added a cotton ball into each chamber in the racquet handle
3) Add silicone (regular store-bought) until it fills up to the just beneath the level of the handle bevel cover.
4) Let dry

Rating pre-silicone: 7/10
Rating post-silicone: 9/10

I've been wanting to modify a racquet up to 400g. Really curious how it would play.

My IG Prestige mp are as follow:

9-15 gram at noon to bring them up to 346-347 SW.
Leather grip to bring balance back down.
Some additional weight in handle and throat to make all five of them identical.

Oh and black grommets!

I add lead at 3&9 as well as at 12. Due to the near even balance, I ended up added a lot more BluTack than normal in the tubes in addition to the leather grip to bring the balance down to 10 pts HL. No pics, but it was an intreaguing play test. Once I got it to my specs, it was a solid racquet. Loved the ground strokes with it.

My latest is a 2014 pure strike 18x20 with 4 individual 5 inch lead strips at 3 and 9. That's really it haha. I was trying to follow the thiem thread to create the closest thing to what he uses and compare it to my main racket but the feeling is stiffer than i thought.

Edit: I'm thinking about geting rid of it if anyones interested lol
