Lobster Elite tennis Ball Machine

I just bought a used Lobster Elite tennis Ball Machine last week. This machine shoots two to three balls at a time and constantly jams. Anyone know how to fix these problem? Thanks

There are two wires that cover the black carousel that deliver the balls to the throwing wheels...if you removed them by accident, then the machine could drop 2 balls in at one time...

The first time when I turn on the machine, the top wheel was not moving. So, I thought the wires were used to secure the wheel during shipping. Therefore, I've removed it.

I've reinstall it back and now the machine working perfectly. Thanks for the tips.
