Luxilon Hybrid question

After lots of research on this forum, I finally tried a Luxilon Hybrid setup that I really like.

I had been using Pro Supex Ultra Spin 17 (57) / Gosen OG Sheep Micro 17 (57) in my Babolat Pure Drive. I liked it but lost tension really fast.

I am now using Lux ALU Big Banger Power 16L in the mains and still using Gosen OG Sheep Micro 17 in the crosses.

Question is.... I really like how this Lux/OG Sheep hybrid feels around 55 - 57 lbs. but it looses tension very rapidly. Is it wise to string the Lux/OG Sheep at around 64lbs. and wait for it to loosen up and stabilize around my target of 55 - 57 lbs? or will stringing the Lux/OG Sheep that tight initially kill its playability/properties??

Thanks for the replies.

The tighter you string, the faster it will lose tension. Lots of people are finding great sucess, (playability wise, with longevity being a secondary effect) with stringing poly at low tension, (under 45lbs, some as low as 30lbs). As far as longevity goes, I rub armor all onto the stringbed after every match and it works beautifully, (Lubricating the stringbed increases string life by ensuring the strings snap back into place after impact. The friction between strings that holds them out of place makes the string longer than intended and is no different than stretching them on the stringer.).

Luxilon BB starts out great and fades fast. Savage holds up better.
Playing with the tension will not change this.
Try Signum Pro or Weiss Cannon.
Solinco Outlast, TF RedCode, and the Tourna Big Hitters hold up well, too
