Nadal says it's a "rivalry"

Well, for all those naysayers, Rafa even calls his relationship with Federer as a "rivalry" AND "one of the best [rivalries] in history" - part 2 about 5:15.

I won't be surprised to see the *******s come around saying "ooh, Nadal was trying to be nice" or "he doesn't exactly know what he's saying" --blah blah blah

Just call it a rivalry and leave it at that.

Well as much as I like all the Brit commentators, some of their interviewers are harsh. This interview just shows you how mature someone can be at 21 years old. Nadal will never say a bad word about anybody especially his fellow players. If the intention of this bbc interviewer was to find Nadal's bad side, I'm afraid it backfired.

My wife thought the interview wa a bit harsh too.

I thought Nadal came across as such a nice guy he is a credit to his family

Nadal is one of the most humble #1 player in the history of tennis. I don't like how he is constantly picking his ass and taking long between points but as a person he just seems really nice. Other young players like Djokovic and Murray make him look even nicer. The way the new breeds of players are these days I don't think we will find any player as humble as him. All this bs fake injury timeouts, retirements, etc etc.
