Nike CB 1.3 Vs. Babolat Propulse 2

Hi,
I purchased a pair of yellow and white Ballistecs, and I wore them out.
I brought them back to the store that I bought them at, and they didn\'t have any more in the size that I wear. They contacted Nike Canada, and Nike Canada has no more pairs in size 10.5. I now have a $140 credit to anything in the store. The only shoe that appeals to me is the babolat propulse 2, because I have worn barricades in the past, and they gave me blisters. How does the babolat propulse 2 compare to the ballistecs, and if I am a 10.5 in ballistecs, and an 11 in cages, then should I be an 11 in the babolats?
Thanks.

I have a pair of Propulse 2's and they run a half size small. I wear a 12 in all Nikes and I had to get a 12.5 in the Babs. I recommend getting a half size up.

I don't know Ballistics. The Propulses are good shoes but it depends on your foot shape so definitely try before you buy! Half a size up is generally OK but give them a good test drive (in-store!) before you buy.
Good Luck.

I've had both and to say the least they are different. The CB are much higher off the ground than the PP2 and last longer, much longer (outsole wise). The PP2 break-in almost immediately while the CB have that standard break-in of about 3-5 days. The PP2's feel less clunkier than the CB's but the weight difference is hardly noticeable in the mist of a match. All-in-all i like both shoes. Personally the PP2's fitt my feet better than the CB's but only last me about a month or so. CB's have more cushion in the insole and has that airmax unit, so when I make big steps and cuts it feels softer. Both are really stable and give when they need to give. Although I think the PP2's have a tad more traction than the CB's. I'd say give the PP2's a try but make sure you try on a few sizes with your tennis socks. A friend of mine didnt do so and ended up wearing a full size too big (13 instead of 12) because he normally wears a 13. So definitely try'em on before you buy.Hope this helped and good hunting.

good advice from p17 BUT, on reflection, if OP has wear issues with CB's and PP2's wear out even faster then maybe propulses are the wrong shoes for him.
I love them but mainly only coaching in them and maybe a harder performance shoe would suit the OP - look at TW recommendations.
Good Luck!
