Polystar Energy: Is anything similar

I'm thinking of trying Polystar Energy as my next string trial. A soft-co-poly/multi hybrid with Vantage VS2 and Prince Premier Attack is doing a pretty nice job, but I'm wondering if a little more crispness can be had without losing too much of the great feel I'm enjoying, particularly on volleys: less string movement would be a bonus.

Is anything similar to Polystar Energy? I know a lot of strings come from a small number of factories and if there are possible substitutes or even superior alternatives it would be good to consider them now.

Well, I guess WeissCANNON Turbotwist is a good string to try. Very soft and powerful as well as great longevity compared to other polys.

Thanks, both strings look like worthy alternatives.

Does anyone know if the Iontec is available anywhere in the UK - Google isn't showing anything obvious.

I tried Polystar Energy 1.20 last night, full bed. OMG!!!!! what a great string.

best poly i have ever tested, better than Pro Line 2. And i actually hate polys.

been using X one in my mains for so long, i might make the switch, just need a few more trials in matches.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you've been using x one: have been using X-one as a full bed? It would be useful to know, as I'm looking for a poly at the softer end of things with a decent amount of feel.

Read my sentence properly, I said X ones in the mains.

Iv always love the feel of x ones, and mostly gosen sheep micro in the crosses. But it's just getting too expensive.

The polystar energy dosent feel as good, but for the price, it's better than so many ploys out there. Very soft and comfy.
