replacement grip that is thinner than 2mm

hi i currently have a tecnifibre xtra replacement grip and its a bit to thick, what grips do you recommend is the babolat syntec grip thinner and can it be stretched also what are your experiences with the tecnifibre replacement grip

are you replacing your original grip or are you putting the replacement grip on top of the original?

If you are putting the replacement grip over your original - there in lies the problem. As far as replacement grip preference goes: go with either the Babolat Syntec (stretches well) or with leather (tend to be really thin) so you can experiment with overgrips that you like.

uh, dude, leather is really, really, thick.

use three overgrips instead of a replacement grip. it has good cushioning and bevel feel and is about 1/2 size smaller than using a replacement grip. nadal, kuerten, becker all do this.

Although, the thing about leather is that it can really stretch out thin.

I would suggest searching for "thinnest replacement grip" or something like that, this comes up often.

I saw Nadal wrapping an overgrip few days ago on Eurosport and he had a black grip under the overgrip. It was either replacement grip or a black overgrip.
