Some advice from someone who know the DUNLOP frames

Guys,

Lost a QF match today with my beloved 300 Tour. In the end I smashed my racket to the ground and it broke (my first ever smash and first racket-wasting..:(, sorry).

I love the feel and control of the 300T, but it lacks power and torsional stability. Yes lead is the way 2 go, so with 3grams at 3,9 and 12 o clock the power is ok. But still I lack some stability, the stringbed is very small.

So which way 2 go, get a BIO 200 plus or a BIO 400 Tour?

On paper, according to the dunlop site, both rackets has more power than the 300T. Control on the 200 is the same as the 300 and the 400 has less.

Anyone played with these 3 babies? Any comment is welcome.

Hi

I have both the 300t and 400t. Must say I prefer the 300t but guess it's because I like control frames more. 400t has alot more power than 300t yes but less than say 500t. 400t has a great feel on the baseline with groundies, but not on pair with the 300t on the feel department for angles and touch.
200plus I've only tryed against a wall and didn't like it but can't say much about it. I know it's not as popluar as 400t and 300t on this forum.

I say put lead in the handle on the 300t and kepp playing with that. (what I'm contemplating).

If you want more power and torsional stability, go with the 400T. The 200s offer great feel and precision, but are very low power and quite demanding for frequent or prolonged play.

I've played them all.
