Stringing n61 95, throat to head for x's???

I've recently picked up a used n61 95. Went to the Wilson site for recommended stringing pattern, and it said for one piece stringing to start crosses at the throat and finish at the top. But for two piece stringing to start crosses at the top and work down.

I've read plenty of posts here about not stringing from the bottom up and understand the reasons why, so, do I stick with two piece stringing or go for the bottom up on one piece. I guess an ATW pattern might also be an option. Any info greatly appreciated.

Wilson says that their frames can be strung bottom up. As many of the drillings have the mains finish at the bottom, they don't want to make things hard for the stringer. That said, the fact that they say top down for two piece may give you a hint to which way is gentler on the frame. Yes, AWT is just fine.

if you want to do 1 piece, go bottom up. if you are going to do 2 piece, go top down... and of course atw would be fine.
