Suggestions for Junior?

Hi guys, I'm a junior high school player. I started out playing with the Yonex Ultimum RQ Ti-1700 MP, and then since moved on to the Volkl Tour 8, but I was thinking of getting a new racquet. I have a few in mind, but I'd like to hear some suggestions as well.

You'll get better help if you post more info about your game (S&V, baseliner, all-court) and what you like/dislike about your Yonex and Volkl racquets.

I'm a baseliner who likes to hit for a lot of power. I really like the feel of the Yonex, and the isometric head, however I liked that the Volkl was more of a player's racquet, but had that dead Volkl feel.

One more question: Do you think it's best for me to look at 27" or 27.5" frames. In the past I've always used 27.5" or 27.25", but I'm not really sure if I'm doing the best thing.

That's an individual thing, but I prefer a 27" frame, mostly because of the maneuverablility. The more frame you have sticking out there, the more you have to move around. However, many like that added reach. Again, it's one of those very subjective things.

Yea...perhaps I should try both. Is one necessarily better or worse based on the player's height?

I dont' think your heighth has anything to limit your using a longer racket, but your strength might. The longer the racket, the higher the swingweight. If you can handle a certain swingweight, you might be better served by having increased weight on a standard length racket than getting the extended version. In other words, add mass instead of length. I think the standard length models are much easier to volley with also.
