Teflon grommets - difference when stringing

A good friend to me use a LM Prestige with normal radical grommets. He have read about the Teflon-grommets from Head and the big thing is that it reduces tension. He strings with a thick 1,35 mm Babolat Duralast and since he´s not so fast/used to string his frames it takes a really long time and he struggles a bit getting the thick duralast through the grommets and there are some nice friction going on when he pulls the strings through the grommets.

Would it be any easier to install Teflon-grommets into this frame? I dont think he cares, or even will notice, if there are any more friction during play, but is it less friction when stringing a teflon grommet equipped into a frame compared to a normal, non teflon Head grommet?
