You should check out Flamingo Park, a club-like public facility on 11th Street a couple of blocks away from Collins. You pay an hourly rate (dirt cheap) and have the choice of hard court or clay. They open at 8am and close at around 9pm. They also have cold water coolers on the courts so you need not bring water with you. I was there last week for the Nasdaq and played there several times.
