Tension for Babolat RPM Blast

I have one set of Babolat RPM Blast and I was wondering if anyone else has hit with this string and if so what tension did you string it. I am using the Babolat Aeropro Drive GT racquet. I got one set from the local Babolat rep since the RPM Blast is not available for sale yet.

Interresting because learned watching the Sony Erricson last night during the Nadal-Tsonga match that both are playing with the same racquet and the same strings as you.

i think the general consensus is, don't go too low...this stuff loses tension fairly quickly...

It supposedly works better at lower tensions like 52-55 lbs and so on. i am being told at higher tensions, power isn't very good from this string. i wonder about the bite however.....wonder if the spin potential chaneges at different tensions...????????

He actually did refer to it as Babolat RPM. He might have been getting paid for the plug since he stated that both players were generating more spin, etc.

Quite possible. I don't feel like he is, because he always seems to explain more than the "average" fan needs to know, but it's quite possible he was plugging it. I have a half set of the stuff from the play test sitting here because the mains broke while stringing. Twas' a shame.

On second thought, you are right he was probably not endorsing it. I don't think he kew the name of the string and so Nate Ferguson sent him a text message with the name.
