Unknown vibration dampener name

I am trying to identify the following Prince vibration dampener. Does anyone know what Prince called this item? I'm working on a new generation of vibration dampeners associated with the patent I submitted on November 17, 2013 and would like to find one and take some measurements from this particular item. I have attempted to post a picture to illustrate the dampener. This is my first post so I may have to do it more than once to get it right.

I remember those. I see them on prince rackets that came with the o3 ports. You can use that damper on the one the grommets on the throat. however, I do not know the name of the damper

I heard them called t-shirt dampeners, for obvious reason, when the o3 frames first came out.
