Us Open Qualifying And Practice Timings

My friends and I are going to the US open this Friday, the 26th, and this SUnday, the 28th. I was wondering what time the grounds open and close on these days, and if we could see any of the top 20 mens players practicing on the show courts on these days. BTW is there an available schedule for the qualies or practice timings on these 2 days?

not that i know of... i went last year on sunday and they practiced everywhere... on grandstand, luis armstrong, practice courts, etc...

i guess they start at about 10am.. and practice till 5-6pm.. some players practice 2 times a day

do we have to pay to get into the stadiums on sunday?

ya, for the kids day you need to pay to get in to auther ash.

they don't let you in arthur ashe stadium on sundays..

usually roddick, federer, agassi, etc. practice in there with no spectators.

They do let you into Arthur Ashe on Sunday, they have a Practice Day where you can see all the pros. You should go to usopen.org they have this info there.

You can see them practicing almost every day of the qualies. The guys who aren't playing a tournament right up to the Sunday before the Open, the seeded guys anyway, can be seen practicing in Armstrong and the Grandstand. It's great.

Ill be there at all the qualy days. Go to luie armstron its better because its smaller. I have seen federer,moya,ancic,henman,roberto hmm who elsee..hmmm oya safin, sharapova and many others whos name is not worth mensioning but you get to go so close that if you want, you can even talk to them get picture or get autograph. I.ve got all of their autographs. So i was very happy last year.

O ya one more thing don't bring BIG Begs because they wont let you go in with it. For security reasons offcorse. you h ave to leave the beg outside of US OPEN main gate. ANd they charge like 5 dollar or something.
