Wilson Quality Control Question... Help Needed!!!

Can someone comment on the discrepencies I have found in my K Six One Teams. I have three, two are similar, one has some minor differences.

1) One has "TM" on side, one has circle R (I guess for registered)
2) On side graphics, two have "Nanotechonlolgy" on top, other has (K) Factor on top
3) After popping buttcaps open, two have more foam area around frame construction than other one
4) On sides of frame near grip where is says Wilson and Six-One Team, the graphics are visablly not in the same location as the other two. and the white paint does not extend as far. Not off by much, but still off.

All say Made in China with two in throat area under Wilson.com box and one
where the bottom string meet frame.

Additionally, one is factory labled a 3/8", but pallet and buttcap verify it is a 1/4" (anyone ever seen this?)

All have hologram stickers with serial numbers. Two that match start with "R" and other starts with "S"

All play relatively similar (all strung with different string so hard to tell for sure)

All are within 4 of each other and seem to hand similarly as far as balance.

Question is: Can this be chalked up to being manufactured at different facilities, poor quality control or is it possible I have one that is fake (which I doubt). This is not my first sighting of variances in racquets, rather the first time I have taken the time to write up my observations. BTW, all were bought on this board from reputable sellers.

Comments on your knowledge, experience would be appreciated.

^^ Anytime you buy something used there's a chance they've been tampered with. I bought 2 used Estusa PBP's off the FS forums a few months back that were supposedly 4 5/8 grips but could tell right away when a got them that they were smaller. Somebody had placed 4 5/8 stickers on them, but when I took off the grips and looked at the handle there was the number 3 stamped on one and the number 4 on the other, thus they were actually 4 3/8 and 4 1/2 respectively. I emailed the seller and told him about it, he said he bought them off of somebody else on these boards and knew nothing about it. He gave me a full refund for the sticks, but it was still disappointing because I had been looking for 2 PBP's in a 5/8 for so long.

you know all you had to do was use a heat shrink sleeve, right?

The differences are probably due to being made at sep. factories. If anything, give Wilson a call if it bothers you that much.

Dude, your reading comprehension skills seem to be seriously lacking, as well as your knowledge of racquets. The grips were two different size's (L3 and L4), and both were incorrectly labeled L5 (my main point). I would have had to put 2 sleeves on the L3 to bring it up to a L5 which would round off the bevels too much (not to mention adding alot of extra weight). One sleeve on the L4 would have worked, but I would have had two different feeling grips, two different balance points, two different static weights, two different swingweights, ect. I think you get the point. Besides, I wasn't talking about a Wilson racquet, the Power Beam Pro was made by Estusa. I was only using the PBP as an example in relation to the possibility of tampering AFTER NoMansLandPlayer's Wilson's left the factory. Were talking about used racquets here, not new ones from the factory. Tampering happened to me with the Estusa's, so it's quite possible that something like this could happen with the Wilson's. Wilson and Estusa had nothing to to with it IMO, but the jerk who perpetrated the fraud did. Get it now?
