Hi! I'm now playing with a Yonex RD Ti 70 MP which isHi a very solid one. Just found the Pro-RD70 Long and Super RD comp brand new at $50.00 each (demo is not possible). Would like to buy one for spare. How these raquets play compared to RD Ti-70? regarding power, spin, groundstrokes, serve & volley?
Thanks for your feedbacks.

The Ti70 long is one of the best serving rackets, and great in just about everyting else.

I played with the Pro RD70 long once. More powerful than the Ti170, great on serves/grounstrokes, but not as good as Ti70 for volleying (!).

The SRD I didn't like because of the extreme weight. I like and play with heavy sticks, 12-13oz., but this one had the highest swingweight of any stick I've ever tried. Trust me, don't get this.

So if you are a baseliner who likes to serve big, Pro RD70 long is great. For an all-court game, I recommend the RDTi 70 long

I used to play with the Yonex Pro Power 10 (27.5" model). Was this racket similar to the Pro RD 70? The Pro Power 10 was a great racket. It was probably the most solid racket I ever hit with. I did have one problem - because it was kind of clubby, I couldn't generate enough racket head speed to hit a good kick serve. Even with that, the only reason I stopped using it is because Yonex discontinued the model.

I use the Yonex RD Power 10 (midplus, 27.5"). "Clubby" is an apt description, indeed. I am able to hit kickers with it though, and every time I've demoed lighter frames I end up liking my RD-10 even more! Right now, I am demo'ing the Wilson Surge and Surge-X since they are supposed to be like the Babolat PD but with more feel. My initial impression is that the RD-10 is a great racquet! :D

Coming back to the topic, I'm not sure if this is the same as the Pro Power 10. If it is, and you don't mind carrying some heft, it is a really good racquet. I am told that the Super RD has a similar feel, but I don't have first hand information on that.

Used all three, just save up for another RD Ti70 98. The other racquets are not similar. RD 70 Long at least has that box-beam shaft.

Thank you all. Ferrari_827 is right about the Super RD Comp. Just swung it and it felt heavy, sure I will not get it. Pro Power 10 or RD Power 10 is a different raq, don't know how it plays. RD ti 70 is really an all-round stick. Is there anyone who has experience on these sticks?
