Because nothing can be taken for granted when a player is 36 not even Novak. Do you seriously think Rafa would have blown a 2 set lead against Stefanos if he had been a few yrs younger . If this was a couple of yrs ago i would be much more confident of Novak in a 5 setter, but he is not getting any younger.
