I am sure someone will comment on the fact that i shouldnt be playing computer games and instead i should be out playing real tennis but i would like to point out to those smart asses that they are sitting infront of a computer themeselves as they are typing that :D .

Anyway, back to what i am talking about. I wish the guys who make computer games could come up with a decenct tennis game. Many things could be addded to the ones currently out there, my own idea being having a game with all the past legens such as sampras, laver, mac, borg etc. Its been done on games such as NBA Basketball and would make tennis games so much better!

I agree tennis is good platform for a sportsgame I think but there havent been that many good ones. Top spin was alright but it was perhaps a little too much powertennis on that one hehe.

top spin was cool until i mastered the risk shot with hewitt then i never lost so i dont play anymore. also when i owned every kid at evertt academy with gambill i stoped for good. and ya they need a better game. one were you dont compete in front of sponsors and you can hit a winner from anywhere.

Topspin 2 is scheduled for release on the PC Q1 2007. I knew this a long time ago but if i knew this many people showed interest in computer gaming i might have posted it then. :D I was jumping up and down when i found out they were releasing it for PC!!!!

Topspin is OK, but it has a lot of flaws. Another pretty good game is Tennis 2K2 for the Dreamcast (it was released as Virtua Tennis 2 in Europe for the Playstation 2).

The reviews I've read for Topspin 2 weren't very positive.

New virtua tennis coming for the 360. Going to be sweet. I play Topspin 2 right now on my 360, me and my super fast, super powerful, super topspinny lefty:) I can hit totally unrealistic angles in that game lol. It's a good game, but too repetative.
