It's part of her charm.

We know Chrissy won 18 GS's.......but Ms. Fernandez is not #3. If she wins the US Open she will still not be #3, she will be ranked #18 I believe.

If you're referring to a prognostication of Ms. Evert that's an entirely different discussion.

Can they not just wait and see. She has one title. She has played the most insane tournament and looks amazing and a future great.

BUT we've seen this before and the player goes nowhere. No need to build such unnecessary hype on the youngster.

The difference is her ATP forehand will make her tennis royalty in the WTA circuit, she is here to stay...i just hope she doesn’t do an Osaka.

If she has a top three talent for tennis then surely that implies a view of her potential ranking in tennis.

Instincts is opposed to mere power, presumably. And talking of instincts allows her to weasel out of any direct claims.

The reality is that if she doesn't win more than ten slams, her instincts will not amount to anything close to a top three in tennis.
