Mizuno F-aero 6th micro review

I had a chance to hit with a mizuno F-Aero 6th for about 10 minutes.

normally i would not write a review after such a short hitting session, however there is virtually no information about these sticks.

background: i am a 4.0+ to 4.5 that hits big ball. i prefer a "player's stick" and currently use prostock prestige pro: 12.4oz, 350SW, 7pts HL. (quite a different animal from the mizuno) string in the high 40's.

string on the mizuno: dont know exactly, full bed of some white poly strung in the low-mid 50's based on how it felt

specs: it is listed at 100 sq inches, it looked bigger to me, maybe 103-105". stiffness felt like it was about 68-70 or so.

groundies: awesome power and spin. ball jumps off the string bed (in a good way). huge sweet-spot. but what amazed be most was the great directional control. the ball went where i was aiming. the depth control was good, not great.

serving was an issue for me. the serves lacked the oomph i get with my prestige's high SW.

did not volley: no comment.

this stick is great as an Aerodrive alternative, or anyone looking for a high powered stock with good control.

not ready to replace my sticks :)
