I have too many rackets to use but somehow end up buying more. It is an addiction... Since the picture I have purchased 2x MGRadMPs and 1 Donnay Formula 100.

Welcome to the club... :) The way I break it to my wife is to tell her that at least it's not other women that I obsess over. It's working so far... ;):)

Is it? How many years have you been married? Because I've been married for 5 and my wife isn't happy with the plethora of rackets no matter what I tell her. I guess I should start obsessing over other women, it should give her some perspective... :D:D:D

I've been married 46 years (last May) and my wife is not happy with the plethora of rackets I have now and I just ordered 4 more (she does not know it yet.) But what I buy and what she buys isn't going to break us apart. We both know we can't take it with us. Our grandchildren refer to my wife as "the shoe lady." If any of our grandchildren take up tennis seriously I will become know at "the Racket Man." And if by chance they want their racket strung on a daily basis that's fine with me, I cxan do that too.

I've been married 14 years (but we've been together 23 years). She's wasn't happy about the racquets, but when I showed her that I sold some of the racquets I bought for a significant profit, her business mind just couldn't complain. I told her that all my racquets are for sale at some point. So, as long as I sell the majority of them for what I bought them or better, there is going to be no complaints. If she ever starts to obsess too much about the racquets, I just start talking about how fantastic motorbikes look and how I always wanted to learn to ride and own one of those magnificent beasts... ;)

Heres my racquets.

2x Yonex Vcore Tour F 97 310g
2x Yonex Vcore Duel G 97 310g
1x Yonex Vcore Pro 97 310g
2x Yonex Couguss

I originally had the Duel G's which have a 16x20 pattern, then when I got the Pro with its 16x19 I naturally got curious... so I ended up getting some Tour F's with the 16x21 pattern.

They all play different and have their merits!

The two Yonex Couguss I impulse purchased from the big auction site when they came up for a ridiculously low price (both are brand new with books and plastic... overgrip over the leather plastic as I am reluctant to take it off)

Stupid question of the day.... What are the white dampeners you have on your racquets. I've never seen them before.

What’s do great about Yonex Regna, why are they so expensive?
Unique feeling especially spring like frame action from shaft.
Probably Yonex produces limited numbers which is 200 rackets per a month. Yonex advertised as premium rackets so I assume their best skilled workers make Regnas.
Yonex is the one of the best companies to produce carbon products. I’ve seen their Carbon road bike frame and the finish was top quality unlikely Chinese production. I wish I have one but the price is $4000-5000 for only road bike frame.

You can read more about Regna from these threads

Here’s my collection. Not too many modern frames. I’ve been hitting the the radicals recently and will keep it that way. Cheers!

I really like how you divided them into their own respected brands. Haha Out of the 6 brands that are shown, if you could pick one out of each brand, which ones would they be?

Thank you hahaa

For head I’d choose the zebra radical atm my main stick. For Wilson I miss using my midsized rackets but I’d have to go with the nblade. I haven’t given my RF any match play but maybe in future. Yonex I love the rdx 500 mid to death so that’s that. Babolat the pure drive swirly but I tend to stay away bc of elbow issues. Dunlop, I was using the ag300 for a bit before going back to head. And for the small mix at the end the prince Michael Chang is a beast with the open pattern and the longbody. Too many rackets and choices. There are days where I miss the midsized racket feel and control but there are days where I need the extra head size to keep up with the types of rackets.

Nice picks. You don’t like the OG Radical? Also, I noticed you don’t have the POG 107, great stick there. Did you also have two their images? I saw that you have two that didn’t appear.

I think the other 2 I didn’t have anything else. I just recently got the 260 so I’m gonna string it up and play with that hopefully this up coming week. I used to have a lot more classics but donated them or gave them away, I had a few pog mids and ntours.

98L's playtesting 17g pre-production poly strings, would of been nifty to get a matching set of lime green for the green racquet haha

Most of my stash of rackets was salvaged from charity shops but I bought these two old timers recently off the site that shall not be named.

The prestige 600 is in a generally good state (half cap and grommets all unbroken, a minor miracle) and is a joy at the net. The Elite Pro is proper NOS - not a scratch, grip in the wrapper, the bag pristine.

I’m in two minds whether to play the Elite or to leave it untouched. The racket gets stellar reviews on this forum so I’m leaning towards the former but grateful for thoughts on that!

Do you have any intention of selling it in the future? If not, I'd say use it. That way it's not only a sweet collector's item but also a fun way to mix it up on the courts.

Recently bought these 2 babies... Wilson H19 18x20 in black pj. I love hitting with them, so solid and so much plow through. They say that the H19 is Wilson's equivalent to the Prestige line, I personally find them to play 10x times more solid.

They are Wilson's equivalent of the Head PT57A... not the Prestige retail racquets. They are the equivalent in appearance to the Prestige line, but are a Pro Stock racquet and therefore comparable to the Head Pro Stock PT57A racquets.

So are you trying to say that you find the H19 to be 10 times more solid than a PT57A... or a Head Prestige...?
