Because tennis players are global, basketball and football players are the United States.. So we have a potential audience of 7.5 billion vs. 300 million. Thus tennis players get a lot, lot, lot, lot more.
Even then Nadal has won a Grand Slam and been in 2 semi finals and a final. Federer's best result is a QF. The numbers don't stack up

Thus, the Rafa Nadal Academy is more complete.
