Slippery poly main suggestions

Hi folks.

I'm really enjoying playing with RPM Blast 1.30 in the mains, at 52, and Sensation in the crosses, at 54.

The slippery coating on the Blast seems to work better than other polys like Cyclone etc - which dig in and fix the bed.

Are there any cheaper similarly slippery polys that will do the same?

Cheers, Paul

I find that if the main is too slippery the synthetic cross actually slides too easy up and down against the poly. This makes direction control worse and vague.

You would benefit more from a thinner gauge of the same poly string in this setup.

Tier One's Fire Wire and Prince's XC Tour are super slick. XC is pretty stiff though and only in 15g (I think). Fire Wire you can get 16-19g.
