Have at it. I’m seriously not interested.Just saw OU lose. All 5 power conferences are playing and there will be a bowl season.
Plus, rumors are they might add a 16 team playoff this year to try it out.

Yeah, I get it, it feels weird.Have at it. I’m seriously not interested.
I just wish everyone was playing at the same time. That’s my only sadness out of itYeah, I get it, it feels weird.
Kyler Murray is no joke. I'm still sticking with Bucs and Packers. Mainly because I always take a wild guess and it's awesome when it comes to fruition lol.If the Packers had even a halfway decent defense - which they might with Kenny Clark not injured...they might be able to go to the Super Bowl.
Right now feels like teams like the Rams or Cardinals would drop 40 on their defense.

Yeah, they definitely gave more separation than I have seen in awhile from the Pats, but that may be due to Cam extending plays. Honestly, there aren't really many teams that stick out as really good in the NFC right now, but there is a lot of potential as the season goes on.I am surprised the talking head 'experts' are so high on the Seahawks though. That defense is terrible too. Possibly even worse than GB's.

In the AFC, I think Ravens look the most dangerous as of right now, due to Chiefs close game with Chargers. But Chargers always play Chiefs close, and often win actually, so I think we'll have to wait until Monday to see who is on top. Jon Harbaugh is a really good coach.
So far they are actually the surprise good team of the NFL. Everyone thought they were due for a backslide, but now the team everyone picked to win their division turned out to be a turd, and they also get to benefit from having the woeful Lions and the Mitch Trubiskis in their division. They will have a good chance at the coveted #1 seed, which is arguably worth more given only 1 team gets a bye this year.If the Packers had even a halfway decent defense - which they might with Kenny Clark not injured...they might be able to go to the Super Bowl.

Yeah Pats are up there, but if you look at our schedule, we really could have used that last game. I think we gotta get Cam Newton an extension before he leaves us with a good record and low 1st round pick. Though if Pats keep using Cam for designed running plays, I worry that may cause future problems with him. He can still throw it, so let him throw and escape the pocket only when he needs to.Agreed. Still think Cam looks great and the Patriots could beat anyone in the AFC on any given day. Rumors of the Patriots demise have been greatly exaggerated.
They have 1 more timeout on that final drive they're probably 2-0 right now.

Honestly, I trust the GB defense more than the poor excuse for a pass rush that my ‘Hawks have thrown out there the first couple of weeks. It's not really a surprise to me. The NFC North was always going to be trash yet again and Rodgers was unlocked after the Jordan Love draft pick.
The question is can the defense not vomit all over itself against an actual good team that won't allow GB to drop 40+ on them.

With the exception of their SB year Harbaugh is a regular season Vince Lombardi and a slight upgrade from playoff Marvin Lewis. He has a losing record except for the 4-0 run in 2012. The last two one-and-done misadventures are a pattern that needs to be addressed. In the AFC, I think Ravens look the most dangerous as of right now, due to Chiefs close game with Chargers. Maybe I jumped the gun there idk. Either way, I haven't really analyzed football enough to have a say on that one. With the exception of their SB year Harbaugh is a regular season Vince Lombardi and a slight upgrade from playoff Marvin Lewis. Reminiscent of Chiefs vs Rams 2018, which was decided by a Mahomes pick.Seahawks Packers would be first to 50 wins, probably.
I’m hopeful that @stringertom ’s Super Bowl prediction from last year of a Birds-vs.-Birds battle royale was not wrong, but just a year ahead of its time. With the exception of their SB year Harbaugh is a regular season Vince Lombardi and a slight upgrade from playoff Marvin Lewis. You’re confusing me with somebody else. I know I was picking KC in the AFC and nailed the BaltimoreBirds hasty exit in the playoff pool I run. It helped me win the 4-week competition basically on my Week 1 results.I’m hopeful that @stringertom ’s Super Bowl prediction from last year of a Birds-vs.-Birds battle royale was not wrong, but just a year ahead of its time.
No. It was you. In first half of season. You’re confusing me with somebody else. I know I was picking KC in the AFC and nailed the BaltimoreBirds hasty exit in the playoff pool I run. It helped me win the 4-week competition basically on my Week 1 results.
Actually later than first half. Mahomes was still shaking off the knee injury rust and I had a bad case of trust in Harbaugh/Jackson.No. It was you. In first half of season.
Oh yes.Well at least I’ve always got Geelong v @oztennisfan ‘s Port Adelaide in next weeks Qualifying Final to look forward too, even if the Panthers aren’t as successful.
How can can he be underrated if he made the pro bowl 3x in a row and finished third in MVP voting without ever having a passer rating over 100 in any of those seasons?Chuckie returns to the scene of The Tuck Rule robbery, this time with a young talented crew surrounding an underrated veteran QB
That’s your take out of a weekly synopsis???How can can he be underrated if he made the pro bowl 3x in a row and finished third in MVP voting without ever having a passer rating over 100 in any of those seasons?
Does questioning whether Carr is underrated count as nasty? You seem to be getting crankier and more sensitive my friend. I sincerely hope the lockdown is not getting you too down, and you can enjoy your escapes into the world of sports. That’s your take out of a weekly synopsis???
another thread ruined by another nasty poster.
Guess I’ll just stick to Sureshs tribulation bcoz I’m sick of this sh11t.
enjoy your whining by yourself.
OKAY, arsehole! Take your copycat donquixote armchair Greudian analysis and shove it up your rather large ****. It has nothing to do with with pandemic impact but a shallow Hal like you jump to conclusions just like you lean on moneyball statistics ad your analytical crutch. All of that is what I’m tired of.Does questioning whether Carr is underrated count as nasty? You seem to be getting crankier and more sensitive my friend. Like I said, enjoy the playground with all your other like minded friends.
please don’t bother to reply because you’re on ignore as soon as I finish.
That was... odd.I don't think @travlerajm is intentionally annoying you
Looks like the Cowboys still are being coached by Garrett.
Looks like the exact same team as last year.
Decent pressure so far. But they got burned on a 50 yard bomb. You know my opinion on McCarthy already lol. Defense looks pretty good though, getting a lot of pressure on Russ.
Aldon Smith looks reinvigorated this year.
Decent pressure so far. But they got burned on a 50 yard bomb.
Love Cedee Lamb though.Yeah to be fair Russ does that to everyone. This is a game Dak will prove if he's worth the cash or not cuz if he can't move the ball vs Seattle then you're right, he doesn't deserve the cash.
Love Cedee Lamb though.
What happened? I am not watching.Omg. What was Metcalf thinking?
What happened? I am not watching.
Wilson threw a bomb to Metcalf for a 60 yard touch down but Diggs knocked it out at th one and the Cowboys got the ball with the touchback. What happened? I am not watching.
